Hi,
Last week, I told you about my minimalism journey and how minimalism can improve your life. My goal is to make your daily life easier, and that also comes in the form of tools. I have created several tools around Asana to help you save time or gain clarity. Here are a couple of them:
- Custom fields explorer https://minimalist-work.com/asana/custom-field-explorer will allow you to list all your custom fields to organize, clean up and improve consistency.
- Custom fields marketplace https://minimalist-work.com/asana/custom-field-marketplace is a list of custom fields you can install to save time or get inspired.
- Tags https://minimalist-work.com/asana/tags is a tool to list all the tags in your Asana organization, to allow for some clean up to happen and improve consistency.
- Overview https://minimalist-work.com/asana/overview will simply give you a list of your teams and projects, along with more information about the project members etc.
- My Tasks Cleaner https://minimalist-work.com/asana/my-tasks-cleaner is a tool to help you clean up the clutter in your My Tasks view and get rid of the overwhelming feeling.
- Global Workload https://minimalist-work.com/asana/global-workload is a way to easily see the Workload on many projects at once, without creating a portfolio by hand.
I have a couple of other tools in my task list, if you have any suggestion, feel free to share them! For now, all those tools are free to use . If you want one of those tools to be customized or branded, reach out to me https://minimalist-work.com/contact;subject=bastien. I am also building custom dashboards that my clients use to save time by consolidating data from their Asana. In some cases, it could be surprisingly cheap to have a dashboard saving you hours every week of manual work!
I hope you'll find those tools useful! Next week, I'll talk about how you can use an assistant in Asana to save even more time!
