8 年If you ever read any stuff from Neo-Tech .. they called this process Power Thinking ( Lists ) . They had you project forward to the required goal. Then do the If Only I'd bit as extra insurance if you like. Amazing thing this brain we all have. Still we're not really being taught how to use it are we.
