If you're posting on these social media platforms you wanted your message to be clear and understandable and so your graphics it should follow the right size of the said platform you're using.
You wanted your graphics to be fully viewed and not cut-off or something...
That's why it's important to customize your graphics based on the required size of the platform you're using.
So here are the right sizes for the posts.
Linkedin post image size: 1200 x 1200 (square), 1080 x 1350 (portrait)
Linkedin video size: 256 x 144 (minimum) to 4096 x 2304 (maximum)
Facebook post image size: 1200 x 630 pixels. Minimum size: 600 x 315 pixels
Instagram post size: 1080 x 1080 (1:1 ratio)
You might be thinking what the heck why not just post it! and don't bother about the graphic size...
What if I say that you can easily change the sizes of your graphics.
You can use Canva it is the tool that I'm using when it comes to customizing the sizes of my graphics.
As a matter of fact, I've used a customized size specifically for the cover image you see here in this article.
