The tool for diagnosis, service, research and imbalance detection

Vibrations on rotating machine components lead to an increasing demand for systems for imbalance detection. For some time MCU counts successfully on the FastTracer which offers the opportunity to monitor chuck without constructive interventions. The static vibration analysis with the MEMS technology for rotating machine components brings a lot of benefts. So the speed does not have to be measured with additional sensor technology and a precise analysis via a triaxial measured value acquisition is possible. Therefore a calibration is not necessary and reports are generated automatically. At the same time the handling of the FastTracer is very simple.

The mounting of the sensor is possible on every spindle and takes only about one minute. Thereby no cable is crossing the working space and setting the light barrier is also not necessary. After a measurement the system offers graphically a proposal in which position the balance weights have to be set. After the balancing a report is generated.

So the FastTracer is used for triaxial measurements and vibration analysis and is deemed as the ideal solution for foretelling and periodic maintenance such as support for the research and development, diagnostics and service.
