Too Much Information for One Book?
Some of the clients I have worked with have too much information to figure out what to put in a book. One client taught a topic for 35 years before deciding to write a book, so she had to figure out what to put in her book and what to leave out. She and I identified the seven key concepts that she wanted to convey, then included content for those topics. In the process of culling content, I told her that she might have more than one book in her! When deciding what to put in your manuscript and what to leave out, think about the reader and how the flow of information will help them.
