Too much to do: Not anymore!

As a leader, I pretty much do everything. I am literally the CHIEF OF ANYTHING. But it is just too much! I lose track of everything, and I get stressed and frustrated. Where do I even start!?!
Quite simply, actually: With the IMPORTANT things.?I ONLY do important things. What's important for me, I read from our big plan: Purpose, Vision, Values and Strategies. Everything that directly contributes to this, is important. If something does not directly impact my goal, it is not important.
This is how I proceed, and once again, a 2x2 matrix helps me:
IMPORTANT & URGENT
I will do it immediately!
IMPORTANT & NOT URGENT
I plan in a relaxed manner and then implement everything as prepared.
URGENT & NOT IMPORTANT
I delegate and make tasks measurable to make sure they happen.
NOT URGENT & NOT IMPORTANT
I just don't do it.
NOW IT'S YOUR TURN
I now go through my to-do list and mark only those urgent things that contribute to my goals, i.e., our plan. These are the only things I do now. How many remain from your list?
