Once upon a time, in the realm of digital innovation, clients would flock to me seeking the creation of their dream digital platforms. It was an exciting and exhilarating journey, filled with grand visions and ambitious ideas. However, as a seasoned veteran with over 2 decades of experience in this realm, I noticed a common trend among these enthusiastic clients - an insatiable desire to include every possible feature they could ever conceive.
This, my friends, was a recipe for disaster. And it pained me to witness the consequences unfold. Imagine, if you will, a client pouring their hard-earned resources into the hands of a company, only to discover that the finished result did not align with their vision. The sting of disappointment was accompanied by the bitter taste of wasted investment. It was an unfortunate trust issue, as some unscrupulous companies would charge exorbitant amounts to add a mere smattering of additional features, leaving the clients disillusioned and drained.
It was in the midst of these challenges that I found solace in the concept of an #MVP - a beacon of light amidst the chaos. An #MVP, short for Minimum Viable Product, served as a guiding star, offering clients a glimpse into the potential of their creation. It provided them with the opportunity to gauge the essence and feasibility of their vision before delving headfirst into the final result.
Armed with the wisdom of experience, I urged my clients to embark upon this transformative journey. By embracing the #MVP approach, they would uncover invaluable insights, understanding the true essence of their product and its potential for success. It was a pivotal step towards building a solid foundation, sparing them the heartache of wasted resources and unfulfilled aspirations.
And so, my dear readers, let us learn from the lessons of the past. Let us embrace the notion of starting small, of nurturing our creations with care and foresight. And it is through the humble beginnings of an #MVP that we lay the groundwork for extraordinary achievements.
I hope you liked my new style of writing. Please leave your feedback in comments. Until next time.

1 年Its a journey from must have to nice to have. Countless examples when MVP turned out to be super success to pave the way for a fortune to follow...the first name that comes to my mind is Uber. And there are many more like it. Please add.
