Guess what 8 out of 10 things often end in failure?


New Year's resolutions, that's right 80% of people quit them by February the 1st, so I guess after 'The Great Resignation' today is 'The Great Quit-a-dation'.

The problem is that in today's fast food culture we tend to dump our resolutions like an empty Coca-Cola can.

Truth is that most positive changes take more than 31 days to implement.

And it's not just our personal goals, this happens in business all the time. Big dreams and plans in January are but a distant memory by the time summer rolls around.

Unfortunately we can find ourselves waiting for December to implement that big change (again). And as spoke about at the beginning that has only a 20% chance of success *ouch*.
