Not too fast

Not too fast

A quick note for those who’ve considered working with me (keep scrolling otherwise):

Before the end of the year, I'm bringing a few high-achieving entrepreneurs together to help them achieve greater clarity and confidence, enhance work-life harmony, and drive more team engagement.

My program helps people like you accomplish this by creating the space for you to slow down and uncover the underlying issues that consistently bother you. We can then identify clear, actionable steps to overcome them and eliminate them completely.

Think: Increase your happiness, energy, and productivity, and receive an environment, tailored questions, and a clear roadmap just for you so that you can sort out the things that are keeping you from being the person and leader you want to be.

And back to the newsletter...

I haven’t done one in a little while, but I used to love running races.

The energy, the camaraderie and the physical test I was putting myself through were all exhilarating.

As the gun went off, I inevitably saw a number of runners sprint off the line and I knew in my heart that they were going too fast.

More often than not, I would pass these “speed demons” at some point.

Why? Because I ran my OWN race, not anybody else’s. I went at the pace I knew would help me meet my goals.

There are many parallels to this in the business world.

I've created a short video discussing the dangers of going too fast.

I hope you enjoy it.

Peter

Sustainable growth often requires pacing ourselves. Peter Sorgenfrei In both racing and business, it’s about finding the right rhythm to ensure long-term success rather than just a quick win!
