Not too early, not too late, just in time for us to recall all the challenges and milestones we conquered during 2022!

2022 has been a challenging year for us; besides maintaining a continuous and close relationship with our partners, we also welcomed new ones and we can only be grateful for their trust in starting a new journey together with us.

Thank you all for your cooperation and being able to contribute together to the development of the local and international IT markets. Figures are not the only ones that are important, but also the connection we can grow together and mutual consideration and respect for our business.

In terms of business and expertise growth, we can mark the following achievements in 2022:

• We have increased our client portfolio having more than 50% new clients from the beginning of the year;
• We have increased our turnover with 25% comparing to 2021;
• We have doubled the number of IT recruitments in 2022 comparing to 2021;
• We have increased our technology expertise in software development but also started our first projects in infrastructure

Besides our daily business life and diversifying our technologies portfolio, we have also finally marked our 15 years presence in Romania ( we should have celebrated it last year in December, but due to the well-known constraints, everything was postponed for 2022) with a couple of key moments:

• We have decided to renovate our office in March and turned it into a new branded one. We wanted our office to be more than a workplace, where people can?socialize and??write code in their own comfort.
• Important milestones are worth celebrating and so we did in September together with our colleagues and clients from Romania and France, partners and HN friends for the HN Services’ 15th birthday. It was an amazing night spent in good company and we are already looking forward to our 20th celebration.
• As part of our social responsibility campaigns, we planted this year 1000 trees. This action showed that small actions and collective commitment can make a big difference on climate change and protect our planet.
