TOO BUSY FOR FITNESS?!

TOO BUSY FOR FITNESS?!

Too Busy for Fitness?! Here’s What You’ll Learn:

  1. Fitness doesn’t have to mean hours at the gym.
  2. Why delegating fitness is smarter than DIY.
  3. How simple systems fit into even the busiest schedules.
  4. The role of accountability in getting results.
  5. Why DIY fitness is costing you more than you think.

Look, I coach some super busy executives who are legitimately too busy for fitness.

(Their google calendar is rainbow coloured with zero white space!)

But that's assuming the version of fitness most think is necessary.

The one that requires commuting to a gym and lugging Tupperware meals around all day...

That's NOT the only way :)

They understand how delegation works!

They have me, my system, and support.

They still have to do the work, but...

They aren't googling workout plans and trying to D-I-Y their diet.

I tell them what to do in their 30 min workouts with a click of a button.

I tell them how much and what to eat so they don't deviate.

I show them how to navigate work lunches, dinners out and conferences on the fly.

And they know someone's watching and invested in them, so they get it done.

Success is simple when you're following a solution suited to you.

So, listen, if you’re feeling frustrated with your fitness...

I hear you, but it’s because you don't have a system OR support!

And the fix is to DELEGATE this aspect of your life to an expert.

If you're smart, you do it for other things.

When you need your taxes done, you call an expert (I hope lol).

When you need your plumbing fixed, you call an expert.

When you need your sports car fixed, you call an expert.

(At least those who value time over money do these things.)

I don't do my own grocery shopping, oil changes or taxes and it would actually cost me more money and time to do them.

I stick to what I do best and delegate the rest (because it's more COSTLY to D-I-Y)

Your health and fitness is no different.

You know this if you're on and off again all year long.

TL;DR:

Being too busy doesn’t mean fitness is off the table. With the right expert, you can delegate the planning, follow simple 30-minute workouts, and stay consistent—even during work lunches and conferences. Accountability and tailored solutions make fitness fit into any schedule without wasting time or effort on DIY approaches.
