Too Busy to Customize Your BD Presentations?

Reality check:

Don't bother with "canned" material.

If your slide deck at business development meetings only has a new cover image with your prospect's name, don't bother.

If you've copied and pasted chunks of your bid package, stop it!

??Canned content, cookie-cutter templates, and stale scripts suck.??

People want to feel special.

Take the time to personalize your material. Prospects notice. And they appreciate and connect with you.

There are no "canned" friendships.??

If you're guilty of canned crap, stay back in the office.

Do some soul-searching with your team.

Save busy prospects (and yourself) time and energy.

You'll also salvage your credibility and reputation.
