Too Busy

Too Busy

It's easy to be too busy and not reach our goals.

One of the biggest complaints business owners have is that they are busy. Busy with clients, family, office work, suppliers, marketing, and more.

It's hard work to run a business. It's even harder than having a job. Because in a job, you're not ultimately responsible for what happens.

But, the business owners I work with are often too busy, and this frenzied activity is what keeps the business from growing.

Here are 3 Pitfalls to avoid:

  1. Feast famine cycle. It's easy to get into this cycle with a one-off service or product, and then to be always hunting for your next client. How can you add in recurring revenue on a 3, 6, or 12-month basis?
  2. Connecting with the wrong people. Networking is fun, but what is even better is connecting with the right decision-makers for your business.
  3. Client Churn. How can you get repeat buyers?

A few key questions to consider.
