Tony Gravel - Divisional Director

What is your role at PPH and what are your main responsibilities/ how do you help your clients?

I am a Divisional Director in the Scunthorpe Office.

My primary role is to oversee the profession side of the business on the south bank of the Humber dealing with Valuation and Landlord and Tenant work.

How long have you been with the company, and what unique skills or experiences do you bring to the role?

I started working for PPH Commercial in 2018, previously working in at a regional firm in Lincolnshire covering a similar geographical area. I have knowledge and understanding of the local property markets in the region that help me provide clients with the best advice possible.

What motivates or inspires you in your work/ what do you enjoy most about working at PPH?

The varied workload is a key motivation. Being part of a successful office and moving the company forward in a challenging market is rewarding. Having seen several changes during my time at PPH and being part of the growth of the company is a key inspiration.

Outside of work, do you have any hobbies or interests that you are passionate about?

I’m fortunate to have a great family behind me and they are a huge part of my life outside of the office. Our three daughters keep us busy outside of work, they have a much greater social life than we do! If I’m not busy with horse riding or gymnastics, you may well find me on the golf course.

Is there a particular project or initiative you are excited about working on in the future?

We are fortunate to have a wide client base with several ongoing projects or projects in the pipeline. Being part of that journey with clients is very rewarding.
