TONA has a strong production capacity of 300,000 sets per year. Its products cover all categories such as glossy, matte and quartz sand, and provide customized services in hundreds of colors. We use intelligent robot cutting and polishing systems to achieve the ultimate control of edge thickness at <10mm, and the overall feel of the product is delicate and integrated.

TONA uses steel molds as master molds, and the products are formed in one piece. Compared with traditional wooden molds or plaster molds, steel molds have significant advantages of high precision and high-quality surface. Since wooden molds and plaster molds will age and deform during use, resulting in size reduction, the non-deformation of steel molds ensures the high precision and stability of the product, ensuring uniform standards in product production.

Steel mold manufacturing and one-piece molding technology enable our square basin to have a 25° arc R angle with precise control, smooth and no shrinkage.

Nano easy-to-clean basin uses food-grade gel coat raw materials imported from the Netherlands. The thickness of the gel coat is moderate to ensure strong bonding with the substrate and avoid pores and bottom exposure. The surface treatment is divided into glossy and matte, with a Barcol hardness of >40. The skin-feel basin is made of one material, with a delicate and warm touch. It comes with sponge sand, which is long-lasting and new. The surface treatment is matte, with a Barcol hardness of >40. The black diamond basin has a quartz sand content of 90%, strong toughness, and is not easy to break. The surface treatment is matte, with a Barcol hardness of >55. It can achieve full coverage and personalized customization.
