Who's up today?
That would be none other than Google Chief Strategist Neil Hoyne .
Now, normally, I lead these off with a brief intro to my guest's organization, but I don't think Google needs much introduction. Instead, I'll share a few facts about Neil.
Neil is a former Senior Fellow at The Wharton School and current faculty member at Wharton Executive Education . He's also a keynote speaker, a member of the Board of Trustees of Purdue Global , and best-selling author of Converted: The Data-Driven Way to Win Customers' Hearts . Converted was reviewed by fellow best-selling author Jay Baer as “The most useful field guide ever written on how to drive desirable customer behavior online.”
All that said, here's the good stuff (and it is good). ??
Thank you, Neil! ??

9 个月Huge fan of Neil Hoyne's learning approach. Larry King once said (supposedly), "I remind myself every morning: Nothing I say this day will teach me anything. So if I’m going to learn, I must do it by listening"
