Today's guest: Christopher Rubin CCO of BrandMultiplier.ai

We empower brands to unlock their full potential by harnessing the power of AI, human creativity, and data-driven insights.

I had been aiming to bring my 20+ years of Enterprise brand experience to the little guys... SMBs with product/market fit and momentum. But budget was often an obstacle. Within 3 weeks of working with GPT tools, I realized this was the missing piece.

So, I developed and rolled out a new offering that is made possible by the power and efficiency of AI tools. It's all about driving growth for my clients' businesses--just as I'd done for decades with brands like Disney, Microsoft, and Ledger--via emotionally resonant strategic narrative. But now we can do it for a fraction of the cost, at a fixed monthly fee.

We're all about growth mindset as a core value. Driven by curiosity, critical thinking, and conceptual creativity, we are constantly learning, developing, and growing. This translates to personal growth, as well as growth for our clients and their business.

The rapidly aging saw is true: AI won't take your job, but someone who is sharply adept with AI will. We are all about helping our clients leverage the power and efficiency of these tools while minimizing overhead and total cost. We also offer an on-ramping service that helps internal teams take what we've built for them and learn to run with it on their own. Then we stand by in a supporting role, offering ongoing consultation and guidance to ensure they stay on top of the latest advancements, in a way that makes sense for their specific business, and existing talent and resources.

Servant leadership, all the way down the line. Leading from a posture of support, aiming to be the catalyst for growth for everyone involved. Often that means removing blockers and helping to uncover unseen obstacles via deeper understanding and objective POV on each person's unique set of skills and talents.

I love and propagate the idea of delegation, and partnership. Delegate anything and everything possible that doesn't require your highest-value skill set to fulfill. For example, my top value is in my creative abilities and strategic insight. If a task does not require those elements to attain the desired outcome, I find someone else whose skill set is the right match. Partnering together to ensure our highest-value offerings are always leveraged to their ideal applications.

It's like a puzzle, which gets easier over time. Fitting the pieces together—needs, skills, talents, resources—in a way that most efficiently solves for each combination.

Our biggest competition—on the surface—is software. The idea that somehow an application or platform alone could deliver world-class creative strategy and output. Eventually, perhaps this may be possible, in some form. So (shhh, this is fully stealth mode) in order to stay ahead of that, we are working on a SaaS plug-and-play solution that incorporates our proven methodology, while maintaining space for the human elements we believe will always remain essential to truly effective and resonant storytelling. Beyond that, it's all about investing the time and curiosity to stay fully abreast of what's going on behind the scenes, with machine learning, etc. to ensure we can keep riding this wave as it builds, and not be overly dependent on any particular toolset or LLM, for example.

Thanks, Chris!
