Tomorrow you will be stronger

#newdaynewchapter is a Blog narrative started on March 1, 2021 co-founded by Kishore Shintre & Sonia Bedi, to write a new chapter everyday for making "Life" and not just making a "living"
“Happy alone is the soul, that loves”. "Glücklich allein ist die Seele, die liebt." -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe (1749 - 1832). It is a rough translation of what Goethe wrote in German originally. "Yesterday felt good. Today seems to be bad. Tomorrow, don’t know". This is the harsh truth of life, that one must understand. Nothing always will be good. Nothing always will be bad. Time is like a tide. Nothing is permanent, even the current situations we face. We cannot change the reality, and thus the situations we are put into. But a “bad” day can seriously harm our mood and thus reduce our productivity.
Therefore, to change our mood, you must begin to love something. Anything that makes you happy. You must put our heart into it. And then watch how your life begins to take a turn. To find what you love is a challenge in itself, but one day you will get it. And by engrossing yourself in it, see the magic. Every single thing you do today is preparing you for the life you will live tomorrow. If you sit on your fat ass all day playing video games or watching re-runs then tomorrow is going to be much like today and guess what? There are not an unlimited amount of tomorrows.
Almost nothing good happens by itself -- you have to make it happen. So if you want tomorrow to be even marginally better than today, then you have to figure out what will make it better and then start making it happen. On the bell Big Ben are inscribed the words, "No minute lost comes ever back again. Take heed and see nothing ye do in vain." For tomorrow to be better you have to do something to make it better. No one is going to do it for you.
Depends on how ready your mindset is and if you will allow yourself a better crack at tomorrow than you did today. I predict from your morbid question tomorrow's weather report looks like heavy rain or snowfall. Prove me wrong sport and have a go at making it better. If you do have a better day try even harder the day after and so on and so forth until you actually feel happy.
Work hard, invest wisely, avoid junk food e.g. all fast food that is not bought in health food shops, learn soon why you are on this planet and where your slot is, contract a right marriage - preferably from a similar background so you are two to face difficulties, and have fascinating hobbies & a great interest in life. Cultivate common sense. And a sympathy for your fellow beings. They’ll love you for it. All this will ensure you a brighter future, but life gets us all in the end! So don’t make a “bright future” your only goal. You can’t take your future with you. You are judged on other criteria in the end!
If you want tomorrow to be better than today then you should not focus on tomorrow anymore and neither should you focus on yesterday. The reason is this: if you focus on the tasks in the present and on being a better person at this exact moment, then tomorrow wil automatically be better than today. Now do not dwell on the past, do not be anxious about the future, but focus only on what you are doing right now.
What I do is I make a schedule, plan out my day. Like I plan out what I will eat for breakfast, something special like chocolate syrup on pancakes, something to look forward to in the morning making it easier to wake up. And then after that, you do whatever you need to do that day and try to do something new after, something you've been wanting to do like go to a museum, watch a movie you've been meaning to watch, try to cook something weird or new.
This is how I keep my life from being mundane and boring, giving me new and “exciting” things to look forward to and you can’t predict what will happen on the next day but i think the good idea for that is do all the things that makes you happy that you didn’t do for today so that you will said to your self that your much happier than last day.
Start smiling more, say good morning, good afternoon, good evening, please, thank you and I do apologize (but only when appropriate). Also, telling a few when appropriate for the audience too jokes and being grateful for all the unearned sights and sounds that come your way every day without even having to ask for them. Deliberately looking for goodness and deciding not to condemn things or people, helps a lot too. Cheers!
