Then I will give it a few days and go on to the next phase of training. Time to raise the bar some would say. Though it is getting cold I will train a combo of inside and out with my own workouts and clients. Some plan on competing in outdoor events.
I, on the other hand plan my indoor track season and always am looking for a client or two.
A few parties I expect to work also. My next challenge may be every other day for 2 months and it will allow time to recuperate if there is bad weather. Perhaps, I will give more space if there are lots of snow events.
