Tommy’s Margarita
Welcome back, or if it’s your first time here, take a seat, and I’ll fix you a drink.
Today, we are going to look at Tommy’s Margarita, not just ’a Margarita’ but Tommy’s.
Tommy’s Margarita, created by?Julio Bermejo in his family’s San Francisco restaurant Tommy’s Mexican. This drink is set aside from what you might expect by only having three specific ingredients. No Cointreau, Grand Mariner, or triple sec here, no orange at all.
These three simple ingredients make for a simple tequila-forward Margarita
Let’s start with some ingredients:
* Note - AGAVE nectar is not agave syrup
What Glass should I use,…
What hardware do I need?
Directions - Let’s do this; let’s make a drink!
Make your lime juice. You can absolutely use bottled in a pinch, but freshly squeezed lime juice
Decide on your garnish; you can serve this drink with a lime wedge on the side or one edge of the glass or a lime wheel floating on the top. The garnish here is only decoration; people don’t need to use the wedge to add more lime to the drink. Prepare the garnish
