Tom Harris of Odyssian Sales Delivers Keynote Speech at London Conference

Award-winning entrepreneur and owner at Odyssian Sales, Tom Harris, was invited to give a Keynote speech at an industry conference, held on Sunday, March 6th, in London.

Sales and marketing professionals from all across the country descended on the UK’s capital for the eagerly anticipated event.

Prior to 2020, Odyssian Sales attended quarterly industry conferences and seminars, with Managing Director Tom Harris invited to be a guest speaker at many events. However, the pandemic moved everything online and put a stop to the business owners growing list of speaking engagements.?

The Conference was held on Sunday, March 6th, at the Hilton London Metropole. The 4-Star Hotel provided the perfect venue for the large event, with several function rooms to meet the demands for the meeting.

Attendees gathered in Richmond Suite 1-4. The day commenced with introductions and promotions before the agenda was set, and attendees were divided into separate groups based on their level in the industry.??

There were three groups, each attending specifically tailored conferences. Odyssian Sales Managing Director, Tom Harris, was chosen to deliver a keynote speech to attendees in Richmond Suite 5, comprising individuals in an advanced leadership positions.??

Mr. Harris was one of six speakers, each delivering a speech on a specialised topic. Subjects covered included; Executing successful business trips, motivating a team to achieve KPIs, how to generate maximum productivity daily, effectively promoting your business, and how to successfully run competitions/contests to incentivise and drive a team.

Mr. Harris took to the stage to deliver the keynote speech on managing teams and leading individuals. As an experienced business owner with over a decade of industry experience, the Odyssian Sales Managing Director has vast experience building and leading award-winning teams.
