Toggle to Single Record View

Does a data grid just have too much information and it overwhelms you? This Tuesday Training Tip shows you how to take that huge data grid and turn it into a single record view.

It is easy to toggle back and forth between the grid view and the single record view. All you do is click on the Single Record View icon in the grid toolbar. This will change your view of the page from a grid to a single record. You'll notice you can navigate between each row of the grid using the left and right arrows at the top of the record. To toggle back to the grid view, click the 'grid view' icon.

If you are an Administrator, you can set the administrative page option to ‘default to single record view’ if you want everyone to automatically see the single record view when they access a page.
