I recently had the honor of attending our annual kickoff meeting in Phoenix, AZ, where we reflected on our 2023 accomplishments and planned for the year ahead with our partners and the entire team.

In 2023, the West Region became the number one region within the GM Envolve organization, thanks to the remarkable efforts of our team and dealers. However, we couldn't have achieved this without our customers' commitment

Every year, I choose a word and slogan to inspire the team. This year's word is "Limitless." Our mantra is 'All In'. We use this to guide our team's daily actions, bringing intention, focus, and clarity to our collective goals.?

Success in transformation requires a team of purpose-driven individuals committed to making a difference. It necessitates everyone being "all in."

The team will wear these bracelets as a reminder of our region's guiding principles and purpose throughout the year.

Embracing Change & Improving Skills

The automotive industry is undergoing significant changes due to advancements in technology. GM Envolve is helping businesses in the commercial and government sectors to stay ahead of change by implementing connected technologies and innovative solutions.

Our team and partners gathered to improve their skills in ICE, EV, BrightDrop, Energy, Financing, and software, and discuss strategies to better serve customers as one team.

The opportunity helped us realize our ability and responsibility to tackle critical challenges as a unified team.

Winning Culture?

After completing our evening session, we spent time listening to music and socializing while creating dog toys from old shirts. The entire team joined hands to make these toys, which we plan to donate to a nearby animal shelter. Our primary goal in the West Region is to create a supportive and caring environment that is inclusive and welcoming to everyone. Building trust among team members is crucial, and we achieve this through meaningful connections and enjoyable experiences.

I am proud of our team's accomplishments. Our top priority is to provide exceptional customer service while remaining flexible to change. I have instructed my team to undertake every task with energy, effort, and excellence to deliver outstanding results.
