Together We Can Make This Society, A Casteless Society

Even after 75 years of independence, we still have not got ourselves out of the trap of caste discrimination. Is it not fair to say that our conscience has failed us, is it not true we have shamed our great freedom fighters who fought for one unified India?
The dream of Gandhi and Ambedkar to establish a casteless and classless society in all fairness has not really found meaning with society still very much divided in terms of caste, class, religion, race, color, gender, etc.
This Ambedkar Jayanti, we took these burning topics to spread awareness amongst all that we are one. The first thing we clearly objected to was the use of the word Dalit. The moment we do this we are classifying the state into several fragments. The second thing we were critical of was the glorification of the caste.

In the midst of technological evolution, discrimination will challenge the cause of humanity and as a school, it is our duty to prevent it. The mode of education is the only option to uproot this social evil. In our presentation, we quoted the SC, ST Act of 1989 and explained why discrimination in any form is a punishable offense.
We accepted the fact that how the demographics have changed from then to now and acknowledged the situation is better than before. Our attempt was to push the initiative taken by Dr. Ambedkar and how we can realize the dream of social justice, and equality.
As a school, we are against any kind of act that is against the law enshrined in our constitution. As responsible citizens and the future of India, we believe it is our responsibility to educate the society, because, we are the society.
It is with great satisfaction we exclaim that we promote fraternity and solidarity. We would continue to do so because we are one and our effort to discourage discrimination is our true tribute to Dr. Ambedkar. We urge you all to join the moment and promote a castleless society for our nation was built on the fabric of tolerance and acceptance.
