Together we can make a difference and it starts with a simple share. Two seconds of your Time.

Was down on myself today for my seeds of hope project had slowed right down and seemed to be going backwards then Serendipity...destiny happened for when I take breaks I check to see what's happening on the news and that's when I read the CNN news story on Amal (image by Tyler Hicks). Which brought me down even more.

Then for some reason after reading the story on Amal I felt compiled to log into Facebook as I hadn't been on it in while because of the seeds of hope project taking all my time. As soon as the page opened it showed me a photo of me and my daughter that I posted 11 years ago when we were getting the site ready for my world record firewalk(597 feet). That record firewalk was the seed...the main seed to the seeds of hope project. The firewalk was all about bringing people around the world together to support one another exactly what I'm working on right now. Over the years as I found out I had to switch from doing firewalks to show people that they can make a difference just by showing up as fire scared people to run the other direction even though it didn't matter that they never had to step a foot on the coals, all they had to do was show up to give and receive support/energy thanks to physics but the fear of fire drove them away...

The main thing here is it I would've of missed both if I didn't take that break from my seed of hope project to be reminded why I've been working night and day, burning the candle so to speak at both ends.

Was it Serendipity or destiny or a guardian angel directing it all or all of the above. They say everything happens for a reason.

Amal was a little angel that was caught in a world where people chose to look the other way. She died of starvation not over a couple of days but months, years from being in a refuge camp waiting for help.

Her name meant "HOPE" while she was living and now will live forever within that photo, within shares of that photo, within this post, within the project I'm doing to make sure people know it's time to come together before it's too late for the next child....

I fully believe we all have a purpose in this lifetime whether it's an image on an ultrasound or 122 years & a 164 day lifespan. That purpose continues on after our physical body gives out.

Amal's life has a purpose far greater than she ever had a chance to imagine....for her image as renewed the energy, the spark for a cease-fire from all sides.

Her amazing spirit, glow captured within this photo has and will continue to inspire others around the world not to look the other direction, not to deny that we can't do something to help because we can, to never give up until that last breath.

Share that hope, because someone within six degrees, within six people, within six shares needs to know that there is hope right now. Every 2 Seconds someone tries to commit suicide....One in 20 will succeed…

Let me repeat you are the link to someone that needs help as well as to someone that can give that help...It works both ways.

We shall prove this with my seeds of hope project that every click is like a seed of hope in how far it will go...grow, branch out and it starts with you the one reading this.

We must use these shares to inspire our future generations that there is hope for everyone.

For the last 12 years I've been working on that with the firewalk seed mentioned above. It's been a challenge, it has not been easy having the patience, the faith as I nurture this seed into a Tree that can and will branch out to support 2.12 billion students and their teachers.

Just imagine 2.12 billion students and their teachers growing and sharing their own seeds of hope within a project that allows them to share tool, resources, training....experiences....knowledge to improve on their results, every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every year of the project for the next 20 years.

That's right, this project is designed to run for 20-years the entire educational time frame of when they start pre-school to graduation to getting settled in the work force.

Please note! Their teachers are not just found in their schools...it's also their parents, family members, relatives, friends, fellow students and the ones they know, their neighbors...it's everyone they meet. Including you when you share this. For their looking for confirmation from you, from me, from everyone that we can make a difference if we work together.

Okay, typing things out and then retyping them really helps to put things into perspective while igniting new ideas...so it's time to get back to project with renewed energy and drive to do even more.
