We had very positive Long Range Plan discussion with a group from different functions which provided a forum for open discussion, debates, deliberation, team activities, informal chats to deliver tangible results. It had all the elements which make it work.
Result: A clear decision, a list of great ideas to pursue with a shared understanding for forging ahead.
Accord Asia Pacific has arrived with very good growth over last 6-7 years (CAGR >30%). The deliberations focused on the next 5 years and how to maintain the momentum to scale new heights. I am sure with these discussion Accord Asia Pacific is ready to start the V 2.0
