Together again - TecCom GetTogether 2022

From October 25-27, the Business Unit Order Manager came together in beautiful Scheffau am Wilden Kaiser in Tyrol. The approximately 90 participants travelled from all over the world (Spain, Vietnam, England,...) to spend three days together. It was the first time after four years of our agile journey that we all met in this setting.

We spent the three days reflecting on the way we work within the business unit and also within the individual teams. This was done through an interplay of presentations and group work. In the presentations, we took a look at our agile journey since 2018 and gained theoretical insights into success factors and typical problems in agile transformations.?Within the groups, we shared ideas on different components of agile transformation by collecting hundreds of sticky notes with our highlights, problems and ideas for the future.

In addition to the work, we didn't miss out on the fun! We enjoyed great food and drinks, relaxed in the spa area, and celebrated together in the evening.

Especially delightful about the event was that we had the opportunity to get to know each other - for many of us, it was the first face-to-face meetup.

While we are working on implementing the feedback, we are already looking forward to getting together for such an event next time!
