It has been over 24 hours after the death of prominent actor Sushant Singh Rajput, After this incident many questions are wandering through my mind such as how today's world can be so cruel that they cannot understand pain and sorrow of the one another? Today in this digital world where every small thing is shared why one does not have freedom speak about there issues and problems? These questions are simply making me restless and impatient.
Since the days in school where the job of a child is to learn sometime new they are learning competition, competition of being first. As teachers and parents often compare children which injects the fuel of race of being superior. At the end of the day one child will topper and other would just dream about it. After securing the first position the kid gets over ambitious and aims to secure the same position if he fails to do the guy shatters down. By looking into these scenarios I ask many questions to myself that is childhood is all about carefree life? Is being the topper makes you a complete man? Why children should bear the load of tension, stress and anxiety? While scrolling down through social media I came across many videos where children are beaten up parents for not solving a question properly. I would ask same question with those parents is beating up your kid is a right solution? With that fear can the child solve the question properly? I guess the answer is no. So, I would say that children should be encouraged to learn rather than to force to get learned.
Another issue that is prevailing nowadays is that pressure of work to employees. Many IT companies are infamous for giving too much of targets to employees and if they don't complete it on time they have to face to much consequences. With to much of work people are facing depression, anxiety and stress. Can this lead towards productive work for organization? The answer is no.
By this I want to say that mental health is a serious issue that the people should understand. Force and pressure cannot bring out anything productive out. The thing that can bring out productive from one is assurance and trust. If you trust your student, kid and employee that can bring out best from them. At last I just want to say everyone please try to talk, understand one's feeling and don't throw your loved ones into darkness where the person will have only one option left. So, I would like to say please be positive and make others positive too.
