Failing and learning from your mistakes is better than having a smooth path, as failure will teach you to correct your mistakes and especially to learn from them, and see what you can do differently. You’ll acquire skills like problem solving and you’ll learn how to adapt to unpredictable situations. Michelle Obama said on this matter: “Failure is an important part of your growth and developing resilience. Don’t be afraid to fail.”
