First impressions are everything and this is crystal clear in our latest research report. About 44% of new employees say they have regrets or second thoughts about their new job within the first week, and 23% cried during their first week. ??

Of the industries we analyzed, construction is the happiest with a stable employee happiness rating from month to month. ???????♀?
