It's easy to say "take care of your mental health," but the reality is often complex and challenging. Protecting our mental health is crucial, yet it's easier said than done. Each day brings its own set of challenges that can test our resilience and mental fortitude.
Why is it hard?
Life doesn't pause for us to catch our breath. From personal obligations to professional demands, the pressures can build up, making it feel almost impossible to maintain mental equilibrium. Social stigma, lack of resources, and sometimes our own denial about mental health issues further complicate the situation.
How do I protect my mental energy daily?
