Can we?

Two years ago I told my younger brother, please believe that "WE CAN", that we will celebrate cancer day. I was determined. He more so.

But reality came. There was no cure for my amazing brother in this decade. Nor was there a cure for my beloved father in the previous decade.

Society is failing all those who have cancer. Because if we can get to the moon and to Mars, we can probably get closer, much closer- to finding a cure for cancer.

Not just as second thought but as a global move. It could be SDG18? Maybe then the money would flow.

I have not much to celebrate today. But will remain positive for the future.
