Today is international Giving Tuesday

Capgemini has a long-standing relationship with the Princes Trust, working together to change the lives of young people across the UK. I have never sent out a message such as this before, but we are in unprecedented times and the need for action is now.

In Capgemini Million Maker’s team we are determined to do all we can raise more than ￡10K for the charity, increasing awareness of the great work the Prince’s Trust do! To reach this goal we would really appreciate a donation from you, our professional community.

For those of us lucky to still be employed during these challenging times, research suggests there’s been an average weekly saving of ￡171 per household. Conversely 16 to 25-year-olds are disproportionately represented in the industries taking the biggest hit during the pandemic. 40% of young people surveyed by the Trust say their aspirations for the future are lower as a result.
