Today I did something crazy...
Growing, Building, and Scaling Businesses

Today I did something crazy...

I deleted half of my mailing list. And I think you should, too.

Now why would I do something drastic like that?

The key to owning and operating your business is simple. You want to love the business, people, and enjoy the work.

When a business gets stale and you rehash the same trick with a different spin for the same people – inevitably it fails.

Let’s make a pact and STOP convincing the wrong clients.

Rather…

Let’s adjust our skill set, our strategy, and our structure to make room for something new. Really good clients. And while we are at it let’s fix our sales process and maximize our returns with the good prospects and clients we already have. And find new ones.

Do you want to delete 7351 contacts?

What I found in the many years since I’ve been building businesses with my clients is that these things prohibit us from enjoying our work. #1 is finding enough clients and #2 being able to confidently convey why we are right for the job and #3 charging the just-right price for our service.

You master that you’ll get to that tipping point. That’s when you take off.

It’s FEAR

That’s what is holding us back. What if this new thing is not working? What if I am throwing money away? I hear you.

Back to the same old thing then? If nothing else you have a guaranteed outcome.

Instead why not clean up, dust off, and invigorate what we already have?

Connect and attract those really good clients and find out what truly matters to them.

They want to grow their business, live better, be healthy, take that big leap…. How can you tell them to do this if you don’t leap yourself?

Are you sure you want to delete 7351 records?

You want to have a conversation (not a sales-call) that identifies their problem, and provides a solution (you) with a fair offer that solves that very problem.

YES… Delete

You need to want to grow, build, and scale your business. This works only if you are ready to declare that this is your time NOW. Not later, not in six months.

The Growth Architecture Program

This is a 5-step system that reveals the exact steps entrepreneurs and business owners need to follow when they want grow, build, and scale their businesses. Here's a quick look of the program:

Did you know that when I tested the program last October, two guys from Dell attended and liked it so much that they are running a pilot program based on the very ideas you will be learning?

Yes, they are running a pilot program on Growth Architecture at DELL Computers!

Here is what happens next. I ask you to look and decide if this program is right for you. You can explore more about the program here.

You also have the option to take the FREE trainings I have carefully created on How To Find Really Good Clients and How To Shift from Selling to Solving.

Please listen to my message now, hear me out, and decide what YOUR next step should be.
