A great day to be the CEO, presenting increased revenue and profit for 2016!

It’s really satisfying to be able to present one of the strongest full year results in the history of Net Insight. This would not be possible without the effort of every employee, the support from our board members and the engagement from the shareholders. It’s a true team effort. Thank you all.

Revenue amounted to SEK 504 (375,8) million for the full year, and SEK 133 (111) million for the quarter. That’s a great accomplishment in times of political turbulence, economic uncertainty and extreme competition within our industry.

Our network based Nimbra business grew at the same time as we continued to invest in product development and increasing the number of employees. Our operating margin amounted to 10% (-1) for the quarter, and 10% (5%) for the full year. 2015 was affected by the acquisition of ScheduALL, which is now fully integrated within the Net Insight brand. We are also continuing to take market share on the global market, which is very satisfying.

Launching Sye, our Live OTT solution during 2016 was a truly joyful and proud moment for the whole company. We are still the only company that can offer a true Live OTT solution in sync over the Internet. We are now closing the first phase of the launch, and 2017 will be all about continuing to commercialise the offering. We currently have several test projects on-going, which feels promising for the future even if it will take some more time for this new technology to mature on the market.

Now, it’s time to get back to work and continue the journey that we have initiated.
