Today is a day to remember.... it's World Town Planning Day!
Despite other political matters taking place in a world super power today, spare a thought for some of the worlds leading urban planners who will be taking part in the annual online World Town Planning Conference.
Established in 1949, planning experts from more than 30 countries will participate in the annual event to allow built environment professionals from around the world to discuss leading edge concepts.
The not-for-profit event raises some of the worlds most pressing issues in urban planning and top of this years agenda are - Urban Resilience, Climate Change: Local Responses to a Global Challenge, Developing in Flood-Prone Areas and Energy Planning and Climate Change. - See more here.
