Except a small handful all have been outdoor workouts in very warm weather, none less than 45 minutes and my training is intense and I take very little rest in between sets.
I do various running workouts, drills, hurdles, body weight, weight lifting for strength, power, speed and endurance as well as run fast at many distances. My trek was supposed to end today and then switch to 2 weeks of 3 a week workouts but two races I planned were canceled.
Being I had a couple of setbacks this gives me added time to get faster before it gets cold outside. I do compound exercises, static ones, holds, split, full body and crazy super sets that range from 2-8 exercises, some using the same body part and anywhere from 1 super long set to upwards of ten sets.
Time to head out...

9 年This is good. In the time that people say "I need to get back into shape" or "I should go to the gym" they can do what you have. Bring on day 31.
