Today 24/5/2015-Communicate!!!!- Even if your voice shakes

The day dawned with chaos and anxiety. Isn’t uncertainty devoid of hope, the greatest form of torture?

But by the grace of God, a semblance of order was established by mid-day. Creativity is not just about the next fancy idea. It’s more about being bold and resourceful and finding ways to channel the first grains of loose sand before it gathers enough momentum to become a landslide.  And if you can align your needs with that of the stakeholder’s, Man! That’s indeed win- win.

Strange are the ways in which people handle pressure. Some scream, some explain and some just clam up. The last group is the worst. For they leave everything to assumption. And a few moments of silence can kill years of good will. It did. Communicate!!!!- Even if your voice shakes and even if you know you are dead wrong.

Someone’s gasps for breath can be someone else’s throes of excitement. Your wails of despair can be read as shrieks of delight by others. So clarify… Listen and Explain.

How is the day ending? Dusk came with the conviction that Faith will give you the ability to conjure doors even in the most impregnable aisles. Wiser, Happier and stronger I am.
