A toast to October

October has once again come around, and spooky season is off to a thrilling start. Be on the lookout for some tricks, but hopefully, there are more treats than tricks for you this month. We certainly think that’s the case for us. Here’s a quick update on what we’ve been working on the past month.?

We’re on the continent?

Last month was a big month for us. We welcomed our largest cohort of new Oneflowers ever. And we opened up TWO new offices. One in Paris, France, and the other in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Our teams there will be spreading the magic of digital contracts to the good people of both countries.?

When you’re a SaaS company, you’re constantly working to improve your product and make your customers’ lives easier. That’s why we clock into work every day. Here’s what we’ve been working on and have released this month when it comes to making contract management easier, better, and more efficient.

Add your own video

While you could add videos to contracts before, now, you can upload your own video directly within a contract. You can change the size depending on what suits the contract best and add some nice words below the video as a description. It’s a nice way to add a little more personal touch to your contracts.

Custom Reminders

Ever forget something important? No? Then this isn’t for you. If you have, then this is just what you need.?

Now, you can create custom reminders for others, or for yourself when it comes to a contract, just don’t forget to put a note to explain what it's about! Then, when the time comes around, everyone who is associated with the reminder will get an email with your note.?

Sign Later

Procrastination isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it’s not ideal. We want our customers to send and sign as many contracts as possible. Sometimes though, people aren’t all ready to sign at the same time. Or a prospect needs more time to come to a decision. This reflects the reality that we face in the negotiation and signing process.

So, we’ve made our contracts reflect that reality. Now you can disable the signing functionality within a contract. Then when everyone is ready to sign, you can turn it back on.??

Native Salesforce integration update

This is big news. Bigger than big. Huge, one could say. We’ve just released our updated Oneflow x Salesforce integration, and we went all out on it. We know that salespeople don’t like leaving their Salesforce dashboard. That’s why we bring the magic of digital contracts to your Salesforce.

With this newly updated integration, there’s a two-way data sync, meaning that any data entered in Salesforce, or Oneflow, automatically updates in the other. You can also integrate with Slack, so you’ll be even more on top of your contracts. The customization possibilities are endless, and we’ve added even more automation. Amesto Update: Digital Edition

We were at Amesto’s Update this year! It was digital, but still a fun and illuminating experience. This year’s theme was insight, ERP and CRM. Take a look at some of our wonderful Norwegian colleagues at our digital partner stand, where they could chat with attendees about digital contracts!
