To-Do Lists for happiness?
We always make To-Do lists for work, for things to take off our plate. But what if we look at the lists from happiness-inducing POV??
These 3 kinds of lists can boost your happiness in many ways. Let's go-
We all know by now that?satisfying social life boosts our happiness. Our relations with families, friends, spouses, colleagues, and in-laws have a lasting impact on our happiness levels. But our extraordinary busy lives don't always allow us to be in touch with the people we love. So, how do we solve it? By making an impactful list. Think of all the people who are important to you in your journey and see how can you seek balance in keeping in touch with them. Be it family, friends, colleagues, relatives, cousins, etc.?
2. Things you want to do, not need to do-
Remember these goals are different from your work goals, or home cleaning goals. These are desires that you wish to fulfill. These are passion projects you never have time for. By writing them down, we are not only affirming them in a more permanent form. We are also?giving it a timeline and a new challenge for ourselves to fulfill them.?
3. Channelize your inner?Intrigeek! (Intrigeek is someone who is intrigued about particular things and leaves no stone unturned to get more information about it)
This list can have a laundry list of things you want to be more efficient in. Something that will help you in your career as well as make you a more interesting person.?
These kind of lists make us realize that life is beyond task lists. Some lists are lenient in nature and they give us different perspective about life!

1 CONCEPT TO ABSORB
What's Attention Economy and why is everyone talking about it? The attention economy is the ability to maintain focus and concentration. It is every bit as important as technical or management skills. Even if it sounds easy and obvious, according to research, people spend almost 47% of their waking hours thinking about something other than what they’re doing. This includes work as well. Working from home has opened more doors of distractions. Try to remember the last zoom meeting you attended when you didn't look at the phone or multitask.?
But what if we use this economy to our advantage? By noticing small wins at work??
Try this trick -
Keep a small jar next to your workstation. Every time you finish a task in an estimated time or without much distraction, you write about the task and add it to the small wins jar.?The jar will be your file of wins and might add to your motivation and happiness levels at work.?
