TMMH Hosts Social Awareness Workshop on Infertility and its Solutions

On December 25, 2024, a collaborative workshop on infertility awareness and solutions was held at the TMSS Head Office in Dhaka. This initiative was organized jointly by TMSS Masuda Maternity Hospital and MediHelp Fertility Center, aiming to raise social awareness about infertility and its treatment options.

The workshop was graced by several esteemed guests. Dr. Shabana Khatun, Medical Advisor at Yellow Fertility & IVF Centre, India, delivered an insightful keynote address on fertility. She shared valuable information on various fertility issues and the potential treatments available. Special guest, Mr. Surajit Kumar, Business Head of Fertility & IVF Center, India, also spoke on the advancements in the field and their importance in providing comprehensive solutions.

In addition, Mr. A.H.M. Moyeen Uddin, Chairman of TM Group, and Dr. Fatema Khatun (Rima), Director of TMSS Masuda Maternity Hospital, shared their perspectives on the role of healthcare institutions in addressing such critical issues. Dr. Hasna Hossain Ahti, a fertility expert and Gynecology Consultant at TMSS Masuda Maternity Hospital, presented an informative session on fertility, further enhancing participants' understanding of the subject.

The event was attended by the hospital’s medical staff, including consultants, medical assistants, and healthcare workers, with around 50 on-site attendees. An additional 100 participants joined online, reflecting the widespread interest in this vital topic.
