LeadingAge Minnesota Foundation is excited to announce $1.8M in grants awarded to create community ecosystems that support older adults as they age. Three new Connected Communities seek to transform the experience of aging in rural Minnesota by building a stronger, more supportive environment for seniors and their families, enabling them to enjoy a vibrant, fulfilling life surrounded by the community that values and appreciates them.
