Leaders of Today and Tomorrow (LOTT) (LOTT) is currently recruiting new board and committee members for terms starting in July 2024. "LOTT’s mission is to ignite women to lead with confidence. We do this through a six-month fellowship that includes workshops, a mentor pairing, personal development plans, and a community-based project. All aspects of the fellowship are free to participants. As a working board, we work together to guide and deliver this mission. Terms are two years, and the board meets monthly via Zoom. The time commitment is about 2-10 hours per month, depending on the time of year. If you’ve never been on a board, this is a great first experience with nonprofit governance. The group is small, engaged, and supportive of each other, and as a working board, we get to dig into strategy and execution! If you have tons of board service, we’d love your expert guidance as we seek to expand our board and deepen our governance, fundraising, and fiduciary skills. If you are intrigued and want to learn more right away, there is a lot of information here: www.wearelott.org/join-the-board, including how to apply. Applications will be received on a rolling basis but are encouraged by May 31, 2024."
