Dear Colleague
Be careful of looking at titles and phrases, used more for marketing than for what's really going on underneath. I read somewhere that titles limit us. Titles not only limit us, but they present only one side of who we are indivially or collectively. We need to look at what's underneath.

2 个月Well said, that's something I struggle with a great deal as I am not just a "title" I have a diverse set of valuable skills that cannot be summed up in one title.
