Bikram Moktan was born in the Kathmandu Valley and grew up surrounded by rich Nepalese culture and cuisine. After completing his education in Hotel Management, he gained valuable experience working in the hospitality industry both in Nepal and Australia. This journey led him to discover his passion for sharing Nepalese food with a broader audience.
