Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage manufacturing equipment such as:
• Planetary Mixers, Vacuum Emulsifiers, Homogenizers, Ribbon Blenders, Tube-Filling Machines, Ointment Filling Lines, Liquid Filling Machines, Inline Mixers, Colloid Mills, Shampoo Processing Vessels, Cream and Lotion Manufacturing Vessels, Face Wash and Hand Wash Filling Machines, Toothpaste Processing and Packaging Machines, Labeling and Cartoning Machines
• Oversee manufacturing processes for semi-solids and liquids, ensuring adherence to GMP and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with QA and R&D teams for new product trials, process validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Maintain detailed documentation of production activities and ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
