INTERVIEW – Skype/Virtual

LOCATION- Las Vegas, NV

WORK MODE- (HYBRID and LOCAL or VERY CLOSE)

DURATION- 12+ Months

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and upgrade Linux systems (RHEL 6-9), focusing on performance tuning and patch management using RHEL Satellite (preferred).
• Create automation scripts in Bash or Python and use tools like Ansible for efficient deployments.
• Manage network settings and enhance system security.
• Oversee cloud-based workloads and manage containerized applications.
• Design backup strategies and execute disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Implement monitoring tools to track system performance and troubleshoot issues using detailed log analysis.
• Develop systems that are highly available and scalable, ensuring smooth operations under varying loads.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Linux system administration, especially RHEL 6-9.
• Strong skills in scripting and automation with Bash or Python.
• Proficient in networking, security protocols, cloud technologies, and virtualization.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with system monitoring and log analysis tools.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
• CompTIA Linux+
• Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC)

Professional Attributes:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
