I’m sure you have heard the saying…
“It’s not about doing more, it's about doing the right things consistently.”
Think about this. If you added all the time you spent worrying, stressing, doing work you should not be doing & procrastinating….
You would quickly free up 10 more hours in your week.
But it's not that easy.?
We have tried to automate, delegate, outsource and negotiate.?
If you haven’t done this yet I suggest you jump onto it.?
But to free up 10 hours of your day you need to understand what you’re doing every hour. Time is precious.?

List 5 things you spend at least 30 + minutes on daily you know you could cut back, delegate or simply stop doing.?
Once you have your 5 add up how many hours you spend on these tasks.?
Keep doing this exercise until you have reached a number that looks good to you for how many hours you’d like to save.?
This is only ONE small exercise out of many, which I use to help my clients create more freedom & more time for the things that matter.?
