Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced R&D Head to lead formulation development, technology transfer, and regulatory compliance for a B2B third-party manufacturing company with cDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) experience. The role involves strategic oversight of new product development, process optimization, and innovation while ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards (EU GMP, WHO GMP, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D strategy and innovation in pharmaceutical formulation development (OSD, Injectables, Oral Liquids).
• Oversee end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market demands.
• Drive technology transfer and scale-up processes for third-party manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and provide technical support for filings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs.
• Foster strategic alliances and partnerships for innovation and business growth.
• Manage and mentor a team of scientists and researchers to drive high-performance R&D output.

Preferred Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of B2B third-party manufacturing and cDMO models.
• Expertise in formulation development, process optimization, and tech transfer.
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation (ANDA, NDA, DMF, etc.).
• Experience in handling global pharmaceutical markets and regulatory submissions.
