About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Asst./Dy. Manager – Plant Maintenance & Utility to oversee and ensure the smooth operation of our pharmaceutical formulation plant. This role is critical to maintaining the reliability, safety, and efficiency of plant equipment and utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant Maintenance: Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of all plant equipment and machinery.
• Utility Management: Ensure optimal functioning of utilities like HVAC, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and water systems.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the maintenance team, ensuring efficient task delegation and execution.
• Equipment Upgrades: Evaluate and implement improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors for equipment procurement, repair, and maintenance services.
• Downtime Reduction: Develop strategies to minimize downtime and improve overall plant efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections for audit purposes.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in plant maintenance and utility management in a pharmaceutical formulation facility.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP requirements, mechanical/electrical systems, and utility equipment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
